Mainfreight International has the ability to provide different web based tracking solutions depending on the complexity of customers’ shipments across the range of logistics solutions that the Mainfreight Group can provide.

International Web Tracking

Importers and exporters are able to track the status of their international shipments quickly and easily through our E-Vision tracking system. E-Vision provides access to the following information:

	Publication of all shipment information and status events
	Order entry and order management
	Online landed costing system
	Online booking module
	Online Document printing (Bills of Lading, Arrival Notices, Commercial Invoices, Customs Entries, Tax Invoices, Statements etc)

Order and shipment data is automatically uploaded from our operating system to E-Vision and is accessible by typing in a user ID and password on our web site.

The information shown on E-Vision includes important status information relating to the movement and delivery of the goods from origin to destination in a simple to read format. You can drill down to more comprehensive information and check what shipments are in progress or delivered and their current status.

Full Logistics Tracking via Mainchain

Mainchain brings together the power of all the computer systems within the Mainfreight Group. It is an information portal that interrogates all systems for information on international freight movements, logistics services and/or domestic freight to provide a complete view across the supply chain. This means Mainchain can provide, in a single view, real time tracking information on the movement of your goods across multiple countries and Mainfreight companies. An Australian customer can view the progress of an order placed with an international supplier in the United States through to warehousing of the product, and final delivery in Australia.
Historical reporting functionality is also included as well as the ability to set up tracking notification by email or SMS once orders and/or consignments attain predefined statuses.
